Behavioral Supports

ORAM-HD’s Behavioral Support objective is targeted at helping serviced individuals manage challenging behaviors, so that they can experience more independence, safety, reduced stress and enhance their ability to actively participate in their communities.

Community Inclusion Services

At ORAM-HD, we recognize that social interaction, meaningful connections, and access to community resources are vital for a fulfilling life. Our Community Inclusion therefore focuses on empowering serviced individuals to participate actively in various aspects of their communities, thereby helping to combat social isolation and loneliness, while fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

Individual Supports (CCP)

ORAM-HD’s Individual Supports (CCP) is a wide ranging service designed to address the unique needs of serviced individuals who are part of the Community Care Program (CCP).
Our Individual Supports (CCP) focuses on providing the necessary assistance and resources our serviced individuals need to live independently and participate actively in their communities.

Community Base Support (CBS)

This encompasses a wide range of services designed to help serviced imdividuals live independently and participate actively in their communities. The aspects of CBS ORAM-HD provides include:

- Residential Supports

- Socialization and Community Engagement, and

- Advocacy

Support Brokerage

ORAM-HD’s Support Brokerage service helps connect serviced individuals with the various services they need to live fulfilling lives within their communities.

Supported Employment – Individual

We help individuals with Developmental Disabilities find, secure, and maintain competitive integrated employment. This essentially helps to for foster independence, self-sufficiency, and social inclusion for the serviced individuals.

Career Planning

We support serviced individuals in exploring, identifying, and achieving their desired career paths. The scope of this service covers individuals with Intellectual and developmental Disabilities who are transitioning from school to work, seeking new employment opportunities, or aiming for career advancement.

Respite

ORAM-HD provides temporary relief for families and caregivers of individuals with Intellectual and developmental Disabilities, thereby affording caregivers the opportunity to take a break from their caregiving responsibilities, and promoting well-being for both the caregiver and the individual in the process. - In-Home Respite
